Delete Your BhadaDesk Account

You can permanently delete your BhadaDesk account and associated business data from within the BhadaDesk app.

How to delete your account

1. Open the BhadaDesk app and sign in to your account.
2. Open Profile.
3. Go to Settings & Privacy.
4. Select Delete Account & Data.
5. Review the information shown and confirm the deletion request.

What data may be deleted

When your account deletion is completed, data associated with your BhadaDesk account may include your account profile, business profile, customers, truck placements, commission payments, business history, saved business records, and related account information.

Permanent deletion

Account deletion is intended to be permanent. After the deletion process is completed, deleted account and business information may not be recoverable.

Information we may retain

Certain limited information may be retained when required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, accounting, dispute resolution, or other legitimate legal obligations.

Uninstalling BhadaDesk

Simply uninstalling the BhadaDesk app from your phone does not delete your account or cloud business records. You must use the account deletion option in the app or contact BhadaDesk support.

For your security, BhadaDesk may ask you to verify that you own the account before processing a deletion request. Never send your password or OTP to anyone.
